Shipping and Delivery Policy

We are happy to provide free shipping on all orders for delivery within India. We are committed to deliver your order timely, accurately and in good condition. NAKSHATRA GOLD AND DIAMONDS ARAKKINAR currently deliver to select cities across India. One order from a customer may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to receive products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders for each address.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

We strive to deliver each item in your order within 7 business working days after you place your order. However, in some cases, like customized products we may take longer to ship the order as we may have to produce /procure it. In the unlikely event that we are not able to deliver your order within 7 business working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining part of the order, and send you an e-mail informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.

We make sure that all the parcels are perfectly boxed and wrapped with security tapes when they are dispatched from our unit. However, we cannot ensure the handling and damage caused in transit, if any, by courier companies before reaching you. We urge you, therefore, to NOT accept any damaged or tampered shipments as it will then be the responsibility of the recipient in case any product is missing. if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the products, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our helpdesk at 

If at all the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, the Courier Company will make 3 attempts to deliver the product. In case the recipient is still not reachable/ available, the same will be returned to our office from where the product has been dispatched.

In case you receive a damaged item, an item you didn’t order or the wrong item, we exchange it free of charge or refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges after a quality check upon receipt.

All shipments are fully insured and require a signature confirmation from the recipient. Your order will only be shipped once your credit card number is approved by the issuing bank. In the event that you return any item which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, there will be no additional shipping charges.

To ensure hassle-free delivery, please provide accurate details of the Consignee/Recipient. address, nearby landmark, pin code, and contact number. Upon delivery, the recipient will be required to present one of the following identity proofs:

Pan card

Driving License

Passport

Voter identification card

Postal identification Card (Aadhar)

For your protection, all orders require a signature upon delivery, and to ensure that your order arrives safely, the courier agents will confirm the recipient’s identity on delivery. We kindly request the recipient’s cooperation in providing original copies of their identification for verification.

Our customer service team may contact you for additional information if required. After your order is shipped, you may obtain a courier tracking number by logging in and checking the Order Info. You can track your shipment online on our shipping partner’s website, as a registered user and click on the ‘track order’ tab and go to the specific order for which shipment has been done. There would be a docket number clicking on which the user would be redirected to the shipping partner’s website where the shipment details can be viewed.
