Exchange Policy

Customers will get 100 % of the invoice value if the product is exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

Contact our customer care team and inform the details of the item you wish to return to us along with the Order No. and collect a Return Authorization Code.

Follow the return procedure mentioned above to return the product to us. If you have received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable. You can choose to return the free gift as well.

During the exchange, return the product with its original bill/product certificate. Loss of the original product certificate/Invoice would result in a deduction of Rs. 500.

Once the returned product is received by nakshathragoldanddiamonds and after successful completion of the quality check, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.

We offer a Lifetime Exchange option for all purchases made from nakshathragoldanddiamonds.
